Position: Paralegal (Part-Time) Overview Eden Senior Care is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Part-Time Paralegal

to join our corporate legal team.

This position requires a minimum of 25 hours per week and offers flexibility with hybrid work-from-home options.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant paralegal experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or real estate matters, and possess strong drafting, research, and analytical skills. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and provide clear, concise analysis to support attorneys and business teams. Draft, review, redline, and prepare contracts, agreements, amendments, riders, and closing documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with corporate governance, including maintaining corporate records, filings, and compliance documentation. Support commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, title review, Change of Ownership (CHOW) filings, and state licensing submissions. Develop and manage closing checklists, coordinate revisions from attorneys, lenders, and clients, and ensure all negotiated changes are accurately captured. Ensure compliance with local and state regulations in all filings and submissions, particularly for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Provide support on additional projects as assigned, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Qualifications Paralegal Certificate required. 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in corporate, M&A, or commercial real estate law. Strong background in real estate transactions, including title clearance and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to draft and review legal documents with precision. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing last-minute changes in complex transactions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, legal research platforms, and document

management/redlining

tools (e.g., DocuSign, Word). Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, expand your expertise, and contribute to a dynamic team.
