Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Team Leader

to oversee daily operations, manage a team of professionals, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service within our property division. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and brings out the best in others through effective leadership and clear communication. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of staff to ensure operational efficiency and task completion

Coordinate schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance

Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all levels

Serve as a point of contact between management and team members

Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Resolve conflicts and provide guidance to team members when needed

Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Assist in strategic planning and project implementation

Qualifications

Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management role

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task management systems

High level of professionalism and accountability

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
