Overview As a State Farm intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and make a real impact. Responsibilities You will work alongside current UX Research professionals to design and conduct user research for a wide range of software and non-software products. Research will take place in partnership with developers and designers. Research areas including customer digital experiences on statefarm.com®, mobile apps, as well as business tools that are used by our sales force and employees. Work in a team environment to conduct user-centered research (e.g., ethnography, concept testing, task analysis, conceptual design, iterative usability testing, and assessment usability testing) to guide the design, selection, and refinement of products and processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
What You Can Expect:
Date: The summer internship will occur between June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026. Hours: 38.75 hours/week. Location: Bloomington, Il, Dunwoody, GA Work arrangement Hybrid: Interns will have the opportunity to interact in office and virtually. This internship offers a remote option for the right candidate! Pay: $28.00/hour Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a $2000.00 stipend! Internship Program Eligibility: To be eligible for the internship program, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled throughout the duration of the internship.Competitive candidates will be invited to participate in an on-demand interview. This is where the excitement begins!

Qualifications Current graduate-level students (Master's or PhD) that are pursuing an advanced degree in User Experience Research, Human Factors, HCI, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field. Candidates should understand experimental design and have a basic understanding of the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data sets.
