Responsibilities Human Resources & Development (HR&D) is seeking a summer intern who is interested in exploring “in the moment” learning and guidance and digital adoption tools using WalkMe. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile effort with Enterprise impact that touches all associates, including State Farm agents and their teams. The digital adoption team works with pace using agile principles to:

• Provide development services on technologies supporting performance-based solutions to business partners, stakeholders, and enterprise associates

• Consult on technology issues, tools, processes, and solutions with HR&D leaders/analysts and business partners

• Research emerging trends and industry hot topics

• Understand analytical data and draw conclusions related to user behavior

Qualifications Competitive candidates will have:

• A degree in Computer Science with related experience in Human Computer Interaction, Web Development, AI and Front End Development.

• An understanding of UI/UX, general web functions and standards to work across internal and external websites

• Expertise and hands on experience with web applications and programming languages/tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and APIs

• Ability to research and apply new technology trends as it relates to web or solution development

• Ability to anticipate, analyze, and solve problems

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Current Juniors, Seniors and Graduate students will be considered.

Internship Information:

Dates: The internship will occur between June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026 Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per weekDue to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.

Pay: $28.00/hour Stipend: Interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend! Internship Program Eligibility: To be eligible for the internship program, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled throughout the duration of the internship. Work Arrangement:HYBRID: Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply. REMOTE: Will consider remote candidates if located in the following HUB locations.
