Our client, a top media and entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President, Head of Strategy & Operations, and provide additional support to other senior executives on the team. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex scheduling, cross-functional coordination, and high-level communications. The Senior Executive Assistant serves as an extension of the EVP, representing Strategy & Operations with professionalism, discretion, and a positive presence. This assignment requires

onsite presence in Burbank, CA (Mon-Thu)

with

remote work on Fridays .

$30-$32/hour (depending on experience) Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Status:

Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime)

Responsibilities:

Provide primary administrative support to the EVP, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing. Support other senior executives on the Strategy & Operations team as needed. Manage extensive and complex scheduling, including executive-level meetings across multiple time zones. Serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, representing the EVP with professionalism. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Coordinate and support on-site and off-site events and meetings. Provide general office management support: order supplies, liaise with facilities, and ensure smooth operations. Onboard new employees, ensuring IT and physical access, equipment, and orientation. Partner with Strategy & Operations team members to ensure alignment and progress on projects. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare information to support decision-making and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships across the company, including interfacing with senior executives.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; prior support for C-Suite or senior executives highly desirable. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience using SAP, Concur, and AI tools. Ability to quickly master internal systems (video conferencing, expense management, travel booking). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail. Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and exercises sound judgment. Ability to navigate and collaborate within large, complex organizations. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Business acumen to understand organizational priorities and context when planning meetings. Team player and culture carrier who contributes to a positive, professional environment.

Must-Haves:

Extensive experience managing executive-level calendars (heavy scheduling). Excellent communication skills. Highly collaborative, team-oriented approach. Proactive in anticipating needs and asking clarifying questions. Positive, professional demeanor with strong relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience within a comparable entertainment/media industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
