HH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time, Director of Influencer & Brand Partnerships for one of our clients in the Financial Technology industry located in Chicago. Location: Remote with travel to Chicago, IL and other US locations as business dictates. Compensation: 170,000 - 230,000 + bonus + benefits.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale high-impact brand partnerships and influencer programs within fintech, media, entertainment, or consumer brands.

Develop and manage a network of entertainment, sports, gaming, lifestyle, or financial-category partners.

Integrate partnerships into media properties, live broadcasts, and multi-platform marketing campaigns.

Negotiate and manage high-value agreements for on-air talent and brand partnerships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive ROI and business results.

Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, with strong organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or similar.

10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing and/or talent management with fintech, media, entertainment, or consumer brands.

Proven success building and scaling affiliate and influencer programs with measurable ROI.

Strong network in entertainment, sports, gaming, lifestyle, or financial categories.

Experience integrating partnerships into media properties and multi-platform campaigns.

Experience negotiating and managing high-value agreements for on-air talent and brand partnerships.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; advanced project management skills.

Previous leadership experience.

Passion for strategic relationships, negotiating high-value agreements, and integrating collaborations into major marketing initiatives.
