Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of electrical and low-voltage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and documentation Oversee financial performance including forecasts, cash flow, and profitability Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery Implement and enforce safety, quality control, and compliance programs Mentor and develop project management team members, fostering a high-performance culture Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications 15+ years of progressive project management experience in
electrical construction Experience managing union electrical projects over
$60M
, including
OSHPD, Design-Build
, and
Lean/IFOA
delivery Strong understanding of
cost accounting, scheduling, contracts, and construction means & methods Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff Experience with Accubid (Classic or Enterprise), MS Project, Word, Excel Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred PE license or certifications a plus
