About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and self-motivated
Full-Time Marketing & Events Coordinator
to take ownership of our marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential — perfect for someone who loves building partnerships, organizing events, and delivering measurable results.
What You’ll Do: Lead planning and execution of marketing events at country clubs, gyms, real estate firms, and luxury venues Organize and oversee all event logistics, from scheduling and staffing to signage and set-up Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars, promotions, and special offers Build and execute email/text campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) Direct and oversee social media strategy (staff can support with content creation) Create marketing collateral (flyers, signage, reels, branded graphics) Implement lead-generation strategies and track conversions through CRM Manage brand image, client experience touchpoints, and review generation
What We’re Looking For: Experience in event marketing, brand management, or field marketing (ideally in medspa, beauty, luxury wellness, or hospitality) Strong project management and organizational skills Creative eye for design and storytelling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy: Canva, Mailchimp, Instagram/Facebook Ads, CRM tools, and Google. Confident, polished, and results-driven
