The Food & Beverage team ensures product freshness, stock availability, accurate pricing, and presentation. They lead operations related to food safety, inventory, and promotional activities across the store.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with quality beverages and food

• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations
• Follow food safety, packaging, and inventory procedures
• Complete all required Starbucks training and demonstrate safety and ethical conduct
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and drive-up orders

Candidate Requirements

• Previous food service experience preferred but not required
• Welcoming attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to handle merchandise safely and work in varying temperatures
