Position Overview Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
to support a group of
Managing Directors and Vice Presidents . The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in
asset management, private equity, or financial services , with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role offers
hybrid flexibility
(in-office and remote work).
Key Responsibilities Provide seamless administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications with discretion and professionalism. Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and other financial administration tasks. Coordinate internal and external meetings, investor events, and conference logistics. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents. Anticipate executives’ needs, ensuring priorities are managed effectively. Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications 2–7 years of executive assistant experience , ideally supporting senior leadership within financial services, asset management, or private equity. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
$100,000 – $120,000 , commensurate with experience. Annual performance-based bonus. Comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid work flexibility (in-office + remote).
