About the Role We are seeking a Deployment Training Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on harmonizing global processes and implementing SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will help execute the learning strategy by organizing, scheduling, and delivering training activities that prepare end-users for success. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to implement training plans. Manage training activities in the Learning Management System (LMS – Cornerstone preferred). Organize and support facilitator sessions (train-the-trainer). Track training progress, attendance, risks, and readiness of materials. Provide reporting on training deliverables and escalate issues when needed. Support training-related issue resolution and continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in training coordination, administration, or curriculum development. Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone or similar). Project coordination and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vLookup, advanced functions). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
