Executive Assistant to Investment Partner at Well-known VC

Top-tier venture firm known for its portfolio of high-profile companies is looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of their Investment Partners in SF. This is an incredible opportunity to help this team grow its presence on the West Coast! In this role, you will provide core administrative support to the Partner to keep him organized and on track through calendar management, meeting support, travel, and expenses. Someone with a high IQ and strong communication skills who has ideally previously worked in VC. They are primarily in-office based in downtown SF, Monday through Thursday, with Friday's work from home. 130-150K DOE + carry, amazing health benefits, bonus, 401k with matching, flexible PTO, lunch stipend, annual team trips, and gym in the office!
Responsibilities:
Manage the Partner's calendar, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments across multiple time zones. Work closely with the Partner to ensure important tasks are addressed and completed. Coordinate travel arrangements and provide detailed itineraries. Manage CRM entry by tracking and coordinating a variety of initiatives, including contact management, logging interactions with prospects and portfolio companies, tracking action items, and managing relationships. Work cohesively and collaboratively with other EAs and colleagues across the firm. Process expense reports and invoices. Assist with additional projects and tasks, as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally with previous experience working in venture capital, investment management, private equity, or a similar industry, is preferred. Professional communication style, both verbal and written. Proactively able to manage a variety of tasks with competing priorities. Service-oriented mindset. Collaborative, team player willing to help where needed.
