Your Role As a Store Manager
Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs.
Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and inventory management.
Ensure safety and security by following all safety procedures and company policies to protect customers, staff, and assets.
Maintain an attractive store appearance.

Requirements
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Must be 18 or older.
Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
Physical activity including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
