BDR who thrives in chaos, hates to lose, and gets sh*t done . Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach via calls, DMs, emails, events, and referrals. Manage inbound leads, qualify, and assist in closing deals. Quickly qualify leads, schedule demos, and engage the right stakeholders. Build your pipeline and explore new markets. Collaborate with founders and engineers to refine messaging and close deals. First Week Expectations
Book 8+ qualified demos by Friday. Schedule 2–3 meetings with decision-makers. Identify 20 high-priority target accounts. Demo the product (training provided). Advance deals proactively. Qualifications
Proactive outreach and persistence. Resilience in rejection with a positive attitude. Experience booking and conducting demos, comfortable with VPs and founders. Thrives in fast-paced, chaotic environments. Self-motivated and resourceful. Bonus: experience in SaaS, infra, or AI sales.
