Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management
• Administer employee benefits and leave policies
• Partner with recruiting to set up interviews and onboarding
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Assist in performance management processes and employee relations
• Update HR policies and ensure they align with company goals and legal standards
• Support training and development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR generalist or relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
