Job Description Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate
Communications Agent
to manage internal and external communications with clarity and professionalism. This role plays a vital part in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting company messaging, and ensuring consistent communication across all operational channels. Key Responsibilities Draft, edit, and distribute internal memos, client updates, and official communications
Coordinate with internal departments to maintain message alignment and accuracy
Assist in developing training documents, company updates, and presentation materials
Handle inbound and outbound communications via email and phone with clarity and professionalism
Ensure all documentation follows brand standards and legal compliance
Maintain logs of key communications for reporting and audit purposes
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in written correspondence
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication platforms (email, internal chat systems, etc.)
Prior administrative or communications experience preferred
