Overview Capital Hilton seeks an Assistant Director of Sales with sales leadership experience in hotel group sales. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in hotel group sales, a proven track record of success, and a strong drive to support the team and achieve top performance.

Job Details Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with flexibility for client engagements and site inspections.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $115,000 annually, aligned with experience and qualifications.

The hotel features 559 guestrooms and suites and 30,0000 square feet of meeting space, including 16 meeting rooms and a largest ballroom of 14,652 square feet. The property has hosted travelers and events for over 75 years.

What will I be doing? The primary responsibilities are to support the group sales team at the hotel, contribute to business strategies that are creative, dynamic, and impactful toward achieving annual budget and crossover targets, and manage key vertical markets. You will lead and support commercial strategies for the sales team, help deploy processes to drive revenue across Rooms, Catering, and Events, and implement a predictive and prescriptive approach to drive performance.

Leadership

Lead segments of daily and weekly business review and sales strategy meetings

Collaborate on the commercial strategy plan for sales with hotel leadership and regional support

Contribute to sales site visit strategies and approach

Conform to Hilton brand standards and corporate identity, utilizing all communication tools

Lead enterprise and hotel-level sales initiatives (e.g., Week of Engagement programs)

Support sales team members during absences or remote work

Contribute to performance reviews for sales managers and support staff

Foster a culture aligned with Hilton’s DEI and ESG goals
