Personal Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000 per year Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to clients, managing standard personal lines accounts such as home, auto, umbrella, renters/condos, boats, and motorcycles. Handle client-facing interactions, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Quote new and renewal business, leveraging your expertise to meet client needs. Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years in personal lines account management. Experience with Erie Insurance is a significant plus. Skills : Strong client service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with account management software. Work Ethic : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
