6-Month Contract | Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM | On-site in Sacramento, CA

About the Role: We're seeking an

Indirect Loan Processor Specialist

to support the processing of auto loan applications. In this role, you will review and audit loan documents from dealerships, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulations. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, audit, and verify loan application paperwork from dealerships

Identify missing information, discrepancies, or potential red flags

Communicate with dealership personnel and internal teams regarding loan status

Disburse approved loan funds and apply appropriate fees

Assist with reports and provide support across the lending team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year experience in lending or contract review preferred (related experience acceptable)

Strong clerical, phone, and computer skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to process high call/document volumes

Experience in call center, retail, or consumer loans helpful (mortgage-only background not a fit)

Pay Details:

$22.00 per hour
