Staffmark is hiring a Custodian in Siloam Springs, AR. Join our team to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the girls' dormitory. This role ensures spaces are safe, tidy, and well-maintained, supporting students and staff every day.

Pay: $12.50/hr

Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Perform routine cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, litter pickup, window washing, restroom cleaning, and graffiti removal

Conduct periodic cleaning: carpets, floors, upholstery, and detail work

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory

Set up for special events and assist in other areas as needed

Follow scheduled tasks, flexible to accommodate academic breaks, holidays, and occasional overtime

Respond to emergency cleaning needs and report maintenance issues

Work snow days and other special circumstances

Qualifications:

Servant-minded, trustworthy, and able to build goodwill with staff, faculty, and students

Lift up to 30 pounds

Previous experience required.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Effective communication with supervisors and team members

Commitment to the mission, values, and Christian principles of the University, serving as a positive role model
