We are seeking experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a dynamic brokerage firm while advancing your career in the U.S. financial markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR practices with organizational strategy and workforce planning
- Drive organizational design initiatives and apply people analytics to support data-driven decisions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, and offers
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future growth and critical roles
- Design and oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration and retention
- Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
- Serve as a trusted HR partner by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive relations
- Develop and manage performance management systems, guiding managers on assessments, feedback, and coaching
- Identify skill gaps and design training and development programs to support career growth and succession planning
- Administer payroll, benefits, and total rewards programs; conduct periodic salary reviews and benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal policies, updating HR procedures as needed
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, people analytics, and HR best practices
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence organizational culture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR (preferred)
