Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Our client, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking an HR Generalist to support a variety of HR functions for hourly employees. This is a hands-on role partnering with supervisors to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for direct, indirect, and administrative staff
• Onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Payroll support and HRIS updates (Paycor a plus)
• Track training, attendance, and corrective actions
• Conduct investigations and assist with employee relations
• Participate in safety initiatives and internal communications
• Manage benefits enrollment, maintenance, and terminations

Requirements

• 3+ years HR experience, including HR Generalist responsibilities
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/orientations, payroll, and HRIS
• Skilled in employee relations, conducting investigations, coaching, and progressive discipline
• Manufacturing experience preferred
