Job Description
Sr. Phlebotomy Technician – Shakopee, MN – Monday-Friday varies 6:45AM-8:00PM (Rotational Weekends)
The Sr. Phlebotomy Technician assists the supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the department. This position is responsible for accurately performing and processing Point of Care Testing (POC), venous and capillary blood collection from adults, infants, and children and all related functions.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Qualifications
Physical Requirements
- Lift light to moderately heavy objects; typical range 1–25 pounds, with occasional heavier lifts requiring assistance
- Sit or stand for long periods; long hours of eye and hand coordination
- Repetitive tasks with dominant hand
- Ability to travel; extensive use of phone and PC
- Fine dexterity, balance, and mobility
Knowledge, Education and Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of progressive experience in POC and phlebotomy preferred
- Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington
