What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients
• Write business and functional requirements documentation
• Create process diagrams and wireframes
• Perform end-to-end testing, including automated and manual testing
• Document usability issues and identify and log defects

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience processing business logic
• Proficiency with automated test tools and developing user stories
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and JIRA
• Experience working with patient data and/or general healthcare experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience writing and maintaining automated test suites
• Background in backend/database testing and SQL
• Knowledge of performance testing with a multi-browser approach
• Ability to perform exploratory and risk-based testing
• Experience in documenting and distributing automation documentation
