About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Hardware Architect / RTL Design Engineer with a strong background in chip design to take on a pivotal role at the intersection of architecture, RTL, and verification. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and RTL development of advanced hardware blocks, driving verification strategies for complex modules, and contributing to the end-to-end chip design workflow. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to refine specifications, validate hardware/software interfaces, and exploring the application of modern ML techniques in chip design automation and optimization. The role also involves mentoring and sharing knowledge to enhance the technical depth of the team. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in chip design environments, with a proven track record in developing architectures and RTL for sophisticated IP or subsystems. A background in cutting-edge chip organizations such as CPUs, GPUs, SoCs, or leading EDA teams is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, and possess strong technical expertise in SystemVerilog/Verilog, modern SoC design methodologies, and programming skills in Python for design automation. Familiarity with verification methodologies, particularly UVM, and experience in developing IP in areas like PCIe5, PHY, LPDDR, memory controllers, NoCs, or CPU subsystems is also required.
