About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Hardware Architect / RTL Design Engineer to take on a pivotal role at the intersection of architecture, RTL, and verification. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and RTL development of advanced hardware blocks, driving verification strategies for complex modules, and contributing to the end-to-end chip design workflow. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to refine specifications, validate hardware/software interfaces, and exploring modern ML techniques in chip design automation and optimization. The role demands a professional with a strong technical background, the ability to mentor and guide teams, and a proven track record in chip design environments. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in chip design, with a focus on production tapeouts, and a background in cutting-edge chip organizations. Technical expertise is essential, including proficiency in SystemVerilog/Verilog, modern SoC design methodologies, and hands-on programming skills in Python. Familiarity with verification methodologies, particularly UVM, and experience in developing IP in areas such as PCIe5, PHY, LPDDR, memory controllers, NoCs, or CPU subsystems is highly valued. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, and will have a proven track record of leadership in technical or team-building capacities.
