About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Hardware Architect / RTL Design Engineer to take on a pivotal role in the development of advanced hardware blocks. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and RTL development, driving verification strategies for complex modules, and contributing to the end-to-end chip design workflow. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to refine specifications, validate hardware/software interfaces, and exploring the application of modern ML techniques in chip design automation and optimization. The role demands a professional with a strong background in chip design environments, a proven track record in developing architectures and RTL for sophisticated IP or subsystems, and a deep understanding of modern SoC design methodologies. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in chip design, with a preference for those who have contributed to production tapeouts. Technical expertise in SystemVerilog/Verilog, modern SoC design methodologies, and hands-on programming skills in Python for design automation are essential. Familiarity with verification methodologies, particularly UVM, and experience in developing IP in areas such as PCIe5, PHY, LPDDR, memory controllers, NoCs, or CPU subsystems is highly valued. The ideal candidate will also have a background in cutting-edge chip organizations and a strong educational foundation in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline. The role requires a leader who can mentor and guide teams through complex design cycles, ensuring the successful integration of advanced hardware into large-scale systems.
