About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Hardware Architect / RTL Design Engineer with a strong background in hardware engineering, particularly at the intersection of architecture, RTL, and verification. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and RTL development of advanced hardware blocks, driving verification strategies for complex modules, and contributing to the end-to-end chip design workflow. This role requires the ability to guide teams through challenging design cycles and to partner with cross-functional teams to refine specifications and validate hardware/software interfaces. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for exploring and applying modern ML techniques in chip design automation and optimization. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in chip design environments, with a focus on production tapeouts, and a proven track record in developing architectures and RTL for sophisticated IP or subsystems. A background in cutting-edge chip organizations, such as CPUs, GPUs, SoCs, or leading EDA teams, is essential. The role demands technical expertise in SystemVerilog/Verilog, modern SoC design methodologies, and hands-on programming skills in Python for design automation. Familiarity with verification methodologies, particularly UVM, and experience in areas like PCIe5, PHY, LPDDR, memory controllers, NoCs, or CPU subsystems is highly valued. The candidate should also have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, and demonstrate leadership in technical or team-building capacities.
