Recruiter

People Inc. is seeking a contract recruiter who will help drive the talent acquisition strategy across our entire organization (technical to non-technical). You will partner with our hiring managers to understand and anticipate the team's hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and build a robust pipeline to fill positions.

Assignment Details

40 hours a week

Start date: 8/15//2025

End date: 6 months to one year with potential to extend

Hourly Rate: $30-$35

Location: Des Moines Onsite 3 days a week

Assignment Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experience and managing the offer process
• Partner closely with the HRBP and hiring managers and create effective communication throughout the process. This includes weekly meetings and/emails.
• Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Maintain data integrity practices and provide insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve recruiting process and strategies
  
  

Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years of recruiting experience proving successful experience being an agile recruiter having worked on both technical and non-technical roles
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates.
• Excellent communication skills effectively partner with and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
• You will have experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions.
• You are well-versed in recruiting practices and tools (Linked IN Recruiter, Workday, G-suite)
