Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy
Recruiter
to join a growing healthcare-focused organization. This newly created role is designed to support business expansion and will play a key part in delivering high-quality talent through full-cycle recruiting and AI-powered sourcing strategies.
The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to leverage AI tools to optimize hiring outcomes. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to fill a variety of roles-from frontline delivery drivers to mid-level operations and finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry to mid-level roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Use AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT) to enhance sourcing, screening, and market mapping.
Maintain a requisition load of ~25 roles monthly, with expected growth of 30-40%.
Build Boolean and semantic search strings to identify top talent across platforms.
Create and present recruiting dashboards and analytics to track KPIs such as time-to-fill, submittals-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Implement automation-first scheduling and communication workflows to streamline the candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to align on role requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
Support stay-interview programs and early-tenure retention strategies.
Provide market intelligence and candidate insights to influence hiring decisions.
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or RPO setting.
Proven experience using AI platforms in day-to-day recruiting (e.g., sourcing, screening, funnel diagnostics).
Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret recruiting metrics.
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and calendar automation tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with a focus on outcomes.
