Internal Talent Acquisition Manager | Mother Recruiter Trainee / Souring Specialist Ready for a career change? Hunter International, Inc. As a Recruiter Trainee you will learn how to develop speed and efficiency and interface daily with internal and external teams to deliver excellence in recruiting. Responsibilities Build a Talent Pipeline: Source and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles in various industries. Demonstrates competence of external job boards and precision sourcing of candidates Demonstrates competence of internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Conduct Interviews & Assess Fit: Engage candidates via phone and in-person interviews, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit. Screen & Qualify Candidates: Review resumes and interview feedback to assess and determine candidate suitability. Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing updates. Demonstrates ability to meet performance requirements Develop a solid understanding of internal Compliance and Operations
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in sciences, business, or related field required. 1+ years of customer or sales-focused experience preferred. Prior collaboration in a team-oriented environment preferred. Effective professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven track record of relationship building skills. Ability to work effectively with a team or independently depending on the job responsibility being performed. Ability to build lasting relationships built on Hunters core values High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to compliance. Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and healthy appetite for competition. Strong technological aptitude. Ability to successfully pass Hunters standard post-offer employment requirements including but not limited to employment background check and drug screen.
