Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across various industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to offer acceptance
  • Stay current with market trends and sourcing best practices
  • Use CRM/ATS tools to track activities and maintain candidate pipelines
Must Haves / Requirements Summary:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Own Sourcing Tools
  • Proven ability to work independently and hit performance targets
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems
  • Sales mindset with the ability to close candidates and client deals
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in agency recruiting
  • Knowledge of multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, logistics, sales)
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools
