Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the agency, including PR, communications, and marketing.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent.
• Manage the interview process, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Optimize recruitment operations in collaboration with the Director of Talent Strategy.
• Oversee intern recruitment strategy and maintain relationships with educational institutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly in agency PR, communications, or marketing environments.
• Proven success in both active and passive sourcing of high-quality talent.
• Experience in managing campus and internship recruiting programs.
• Solid understanding of recruiting operations and hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for inclusive hiring practices.
• Experience with creating and optimizing recruiting dashboards and metrics.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
