What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the agency, including PR, communications, digital, and creative functions
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders
  • Partner with the Director of Talent Strategy to optimize recruiting processes and support DEI hiring initiatives
  • Oversee all aspects of intern recruiting strategy and execution, including relationship building with universities

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly within agency PR, communications, or marketing environments
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing high-quality talent, both actively and passively
  • Experience in leading campus and internship recruiting programs
  • Solid understanding of recruiting operations and hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
