Overview

We are sourcing for an Automotive Services organization seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across multiple states. The role offers career advancement, flexible schedule, remote work, comprehensive benefits, and strong training and support.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and hire for entry-level and high-level management positions across multiple states
• Develop professional relationships with staff at all levels, including managers and the operations team
• Maintain candidate information and interviews through an Applicant Tracking System
• Collaborate with HR department, hiring managers, and the operations team
• Utilize bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) for customer and candidate relations, if applicable

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience or involvement in HR
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and possess a valid Driver's License
• Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and ability to work remotely
• Experience in customer service with a high sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual language fluency in English/Spanish
• Knowledge of production/manufacturing or automotive industry
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
