Responsibilities

• Provide sourcing support to the recruitment team by prescreening candidates and scheduling interviews
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates and facilitate interview coordination
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain employee profiles
• Assist with employment screenings and provide compliance support to the recruitment team
• Support the HR team with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in a high-volume recruitment or call center environment
• Strong customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor
• Flexibility and self-drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
