Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at First Quality Enterprises working remotely. The Senior Recruiter will manage and lead the hiring process for positions within an assigned business unit within First Quality. Responsible for recruiting best in class active and passive candidates for a variety of salaried positions, and will be a trusted advisor, as they will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in developing specific recruiting plans to ensure that the hiring process is consistent with business goals.
Primary responsibilities
Manage and lead the full life cycle recruiting process, driving the process for all involved (Hiring Managers, HR, interviewers, candidates, vendors).
Lead Hiring Manager/HR intake meetings and educate all participants on roles and responsibilities.
Development and implementation of sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, research, etc.), as well as management of any third party search partners.
Implementing adequate candidate assessment tools into the process, while educating interviewers on how to leverage interview methodology.
Responsible for candidate care and ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsible for staffing metrics and data integrity captured in the staffing system.
Build strong relationships with the various plant and corporate customers, serving as a subject matter expert while influencing, guiding and driving the recruiting process.
Manage the offer development and presentation process, as well as partnering with compensation, HR, and the Hiring Manager.
Partner with HR Coordinators to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for all involved.
Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates are being presented for all positions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or associated discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a proven track record of successful full-life cycle salaried recruitment required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required.
Experience effectively managing a requisition load of at least 20 open positions at any given time.
Experience sourcing both technical and non-technical candidates (i.e., engineers, manufacturing professionals, sales, marketing, finance, IT, etc.).
Hands-on experience working with Workday recruiting highly preferred; other applicant tracking tools will be considered
Significant experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed and other tools.
Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
Highly collaborative and responsive, with excellent communication skills.
Must have good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, specifically EEO, FSLA, and ADA.
