Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the agency, including PR, digital, and creative functions
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders
  • Support the optimization of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems
  • Own and manage all aspects of the intern recruitment strategy and execution

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience in agency PR, communications, or marketing environments
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing high-quality talent, both actively and passively
  • Experience in leading campus and internship recruiting programs
  • Strong understanding of recruiting operations and best practices, including experience with ATS
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for inclusive hiring practices and delivering high-quality candidate experiences
  • Strong track record of collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
