What to Expect

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the agency, including PR, digital, and corporate functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview strategies
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage diverse talent
• Manage the intern recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Collaborate on initiatives related to employer branding and candidate communications

What is Required

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in agency PR, communications, or marketing environments
• Proven success in both active and passive sourcing with a strong track record of closing high-quality talent
• Experience leading campus and internship recruiting programs
• Solid understanding of recruiting operations and hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
• Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
