What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the agency, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top-tier, diverse talent
• Manage the day-to-day use and optimization of the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Own and manage all aspects of the intern recruiting strategy and execution
• Provide strategic hiring guidance and market insights to support decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications)

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in agency PR, communications, or marketing environments
• Proven success in active and passive sourcing, with a strong track record of closing high-quality talent
• Solid understanding of recruiting operations and best practices, with hands-on experience using ATS
• Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Genuine passion for inclusive hiring practices and commitment to delivering high-quality candidate experiences
