What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the agency, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top-tier, diverse talent
- Manage the day-to-day use and optimization of the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Own and manage all aspects of the intern recruiting strategy and execution
- Provide strategic hiring guidance and market insights to support decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications)
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience in agency PR, communications, or marketing environments
- Proven success in active and passive sourcing, with a strong track record of closing high-quality talent
- Solid understanding of recruiting operations and best practices, with hands-on experience using ATS
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for inclusive hiring practices and commitment to delivering high-quality candidate experiences
