This position is a full-time, in-office role located at our Downtown Phoenix office. Title: Corporate Recruiter - Townsquare Interactive, Phoenix, AZ.

What Youll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting processsourcing, vetting, interviewing, and closing top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to define strategies and align on business needs
• Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools
• Drive daily recruiting activity (calls, InMails, phone screens) to meet hiring goals
• Manage pipeline activity and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse)
• Extend offers, manage negotiations, and guide candidates through onboarding

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors Degree
• Proven success sourcing and closing top performers in a competitive environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
