Are you passionate about employment law and seeking a dynamic opportunity to provide impactful legal counsel? We're hiring a dedicated In-House Employment/HR Lawyer to join our organization and ensure compliance, resolve employee disputes, and guide our team on all employment-related legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Advising management on employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Reviewing, drafting, and revising policies and procedures to meet legal standards.
- Navigating employee disputes, recommending resolution strategies, and managing litigation matters.
- Drafting employment contracts and sensitive employment-related documents.
- Conducting training sessions for HR, management, and employees.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment laws and strategically planning for potential business impacts.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid Florida Bar License.
- 5–10 years of proven experience as an Employment Lawyer, ideally within a corporation or business.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws, dispute resolution processes, and legal procedures.
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Salary: $120,000.00-$140,000.00
