We are seeking friendly, guest-focused Cashiers to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every shopper leaves eager to return.
Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Engage with Guests: Be friendly, make eye contact, and ensure guests feel welcome.
- Efficient Transactions: Scan items, process sales, and handle cash accurately.
- Bagging with Care: Bag items thoughtfully to protect products.
- Stay Informed: Know current promotions to assist guests.
- Maintain Order: Keep your station neat and stocked.
- Communication: Relay guest requests to management.
- Quality Standards: Meet quality and quantity standards, especially during peak times.
- Teamwork: Support team duties as needed.
- Honor Commitments: Be punctual and communicate absences timely.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Retail transaction experience
- Effective communication skills
- Accuracy in reading, counting, and writing
- Ability to operate necessary equipment
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and handle merchandise; work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Accommodations available for disabilities.
Work Schedule
Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
