Position: Executive Assistant to Two Founding Partners
As Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as a trusted right hand to two of the firm’s founding partners—ensuring seamless operations, anticipating needs, and enhancing effectiveness through high-level support. This role requires sharp organizational instincts, sound judgment, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage ever-changing calendars, orchestrating meetings, tight timelines, and complex travel across time zones including private aviation with speed, precision, and minimal direction.
- Act as a key representative for the executives, engaging confidently with internal teams, investors, and external partners in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
- Drive preparation and logistics for critical meetings, team offsites, and strategic gatherings ensuring materials are ready, follow-ups are tracked, and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Drive key initiatives spanning investor relations and executive objectives. Proactively identify challenges, accelerate progress, and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Monitor key workflows and priorities, offering clear recommendations to streamline execution.
- Maintain organized systems for documents, contracts, and expenses ensuring quick turnaround, accuracy, and compliance with firm protocols.
- Navigate confidential matters with discretion and professionalism, earning and maintaining deep trust with leadership.
- Partner with other high-performing EAs to ensure consistent, agile support across a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives
- Strategic, proactive thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF)
- Confident managing multiple calendars, competing priorities, and complex logistics
- Strong time management, prioritization, and follow-through
- Experience with project coordination and execution
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
