Senior Executive Assistant – Financial Leadership Team | Uptown Dallas, TX (On-Site)

We’re partnering with a prestigious financial firm in Uptown Dallas to identify a dedicated professional who thrives in a high-performance environment and is committed to growing alongside a leadership team for years to come. This is a highly visible role where your ability to provide stability, strategic support, and trusted partnership will be key to your success.
Location: Uptown Dallas, TX – 100% On-Site (local candidates strongly preferred due to commute concerns)
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 + bonus (commensurate with experience)
Role Highlights:
- Manage executive calendars and schedules with precision and foresight
- Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries
- Oversee expense management with accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as a communication hub between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential documents, records, and compliance materials
- Support strategic projects, research, and process improvements
- Coordinate corporate events and professional engagement activities
- Consistently demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism
Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of progressive Executive Assistant experience, with proven long-term tenure (5+ years in at least one role strongly preferred)
- Background in financial services, professional services, or other corporate environments
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and organizational discipline
- Known for stability, loyalty, and the ability to build trusted, lasting partnerships with leadership teams
- Local to Dallas, with easy commute access to Uptown
