Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Assistant role to the President at CraneWerks Inc. located in Morristown, IN, w. The Executive Assistant to the President is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the President. This role ensures smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination of executive activities. This is a full time onsite role.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years supporting a senior executive or similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and approachable demeanor.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

As our Executive Assistant to the President, you will:

  • Manage the President’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Assists the president as needed with administrative tasks
  • Assist with various parts of the recruitment and hiring process
  • Plan, implement, and attend company events
  • Maintain various portals for purchasing safety and certifications
  • Generate sales and other reports
  • Assist in answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Assists sales, marketing, and operations departments as needed
  • Assist with employee relations
  • Run errands for the company and management. Occasionally includes driving to appointments.
  • Serve as a liaison between the President, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update confidential files and records for the executive office.
  • Represent CraneWerks and the President with discretion and professionalism both internally and externally.
