LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic private equity firm, seeking an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant to support a team of senior executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys wearing many hats—from calendar management to event planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel for multiple executives
  • Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
  • Plan and execute internal events (quarterly, annual, holiday)
  • Provide light IT support and troubleshoot office tech issues
  • Maintain and update the company website
  • Assist with occasional personal tasks and errands
  • Serve as backup support for HR-related tasks
  • Collaborate with an Office Assistant who supports this role
  • Primarily on-site, with flexibility when executives are traveling
  • Support executives who travel frequently and may require some off-hours availability
  • Collaborative, high-energy office culture

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and AmTrav (or similar tools)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting basic IT issues
  • Event planning experience is a plus!
  • Positive, proactive, and engaging personality
  • Base Salary: competitive range based on experience
  • Bonus: Up to 10% annually based on performance
