Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support three dynamic C-level executives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and being the go-to person for executive-level support. In this role you will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. You should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. This direct hire role offers competitive benefits and a salary of $105-$110k.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-Level Executives
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and project tracking
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years of proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
