Overview

The Executive Administrative Assistant will directly support the Executive Leader of Intel's Data Center Group. The successful candidate will perform various administrative, organizational, financial, operational, and project-related activities in support of senior and executive level staff. They will own the calendar and overall schedule for the executive, make changes in real time as business priorities shift, and provide advanced support to senior executives by regularly handling confidential information and performing advanced administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Exercises diplomacy, tact and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of the organization, including staff at all levels.

  • Keeps abreast of organizational changes and business developments and maintains an in-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies.

  • Maintains accuracy and attention to detail while coordinating logistics of the department/division, including divisional organizational charts, phone distribution lists, and divisional logistics needs.

  • Works closely with Executive Team (ET) administrative staff and communicates effectively on an executive support team, both individually and as a team member.

  • Coordinates extensive travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.

  • Provides support for departmental events and coordination of activities across the organization, including meetings, conferences, and face-to-face events.

  • Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and uses discretion to ensure confidential business information, data, transactions, and correspondences maintain confidentiality and sound judgment.

  • Receives, interprets and evaluates information requests, takes appropriate responsive action, and determines when the executive or other staff should be notified or involved. In the executive's absence, directs requests to the appropriate staff member.

  • Anticipates the business needs of the leadership/admin team, pro-actively formulating solutions to facilitate meeting deadlines and achieve goals.

  • Maintains accurate records, meets deadlines, and manages multiple projects and processes in support of various operating departments.

  • Assists in resolving administrative needs for improvements by coordinating reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

  • Interprets program guidelines to perform specialized administrative support functions.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be considered for this position. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Calendar management

  • Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), travel tools, purchasing and finance systems

  • Experience working with external partners and customers at C-suite level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Location: US, California, Santa Clara. This role may be eligible for a hybrid work model, combining on-site and off-site work.
