Job Title: Accounting Manager | Onsite | Team of 8

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and month-end/annual closings.
  • Manage and develop the accounting team, setting goals, providing mentorship, and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Perform financial variance analysis and collaborate with departments to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Review and analyze account reconciliations and period-end reports.
  • Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) and manage annual audits.
  • Implement accounting policies to ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
  • Lead special projects, such as system enhancements and new reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 7+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in public accounting.
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Strong judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
